seo strategy for 2014

this year will be an interesting year,i plan to fire on all cylinders. i plan to use my gsa captcha sniper to full use.
 strategy 1:
 Buy a new cheap domain on godaddy using discount coupons. Get cheap $1 hosting for at least 2 domains per hosting. Build safe backlinks using gsa search engine ranker,but use the high pr filter option on gsa. The real purpose of this strategy is to increase the domain pr to at least a pr3, while trying to rank for a very low competition keyword.

The one thing that most seo marketers overlook , its the importance of keyword research, i plan to use the http://www.cloudincome.com/niche-site-making-1000-month-my-strategy-revealed/ strategy to find easy-to-get-traffic niches. i will most likely monetize using cpa or clickbank(using banners) depending on the niche and keyword. The ultimate end game of this strategy is to sell these domains on flippa.

                                                                example flippa 1 :

this site has a decent income of  $10 000/month but is attracting low ball bids, where it should be attracting at least 10 times its income offers. There are a number of reasons why this is happening, one of them is that it has a low page rank of 0. One cant help, but wonder how much more it would sell for, had it had a page rank of 5. Note: this listing still has 16 days to go, it will probably sell for a high amount. My point is that having a high pagerank would increase its ultimate sale price

pagerank alone wont help you sell for a high price on flippa, but (quality content + pagerank + consistant monthly income = high sale price) is the ultimate flippa formula. I plan to write the content myself for the first few months, wait till each site delivers an income, then outsource for $3 - $5 per article on the warriorforum.
i will periodically add content every few days to each site

i will use rons template for my gsa campaign using the strict pr filter for my tier 1,  contextual pr3+ for tier1, contextual pr2+ for my tier2, contextual pr1+ for my tier 3. i will run 200 - 300 threads, aiming for a 20 - 30 lpm. I will use buyproxies.org since it seems to have good quality proxies.

My intial costs should be $20 - $30 for the 10 domains on godaddy. i wont use the whoisprivacy as it will put me out of budget.
$100 - $120 for the yearly hosting packages
$20 for 20 semi private proxies
$20 for a quality vps using discount coupons
total = $190
